finally, I have it!!!

i was really captivated by the arrival/ appearance of the "Ako Mismo"advocacy on tv. It's because i don't know at first the real meaning of that commercial and what's really the intention for airing that. But everytime i will see it, i can't help but smile because......because of CHRIS TIU! lol

anyway, another thing that caught my attention is the dogtag. i'm dying to have one. i really am!!!x: so, i searched to where i can get that dogtag but it seemed that no one, even any company is selling those dogtags and so, it's a big failure for me..awwwtss..

until last june 9, i opened my facebook account and saw there the status message of my friend and happened to be my 2nd cousin.. she said there something like "THE FORT! THE FORT! THE FORT!"and someone commented saying "ung dogtag ko hah,.salamat!" ... it caught my attention so i quickly browsed the Ako Mismo site and there, i confirmed my beliefs! from what i read, there will be a concert at The Fort for a celebration of Philippine Independence Day on June 12 and Ako Mismo is the main focus of that event. and there, they will be giving out DOGTAGS!!!!(but it costs 40 pesos..not bad..)

as much as i want to go there, watch and get Dogtsg, i cant coz i know, my parents won't allow me. Sad.......but God is really good! coz i was able to request my friend to get me one..!

tnx to her..^^
now, i have something that i really want!

Boystown..:(( missed it!

Rush rush rush!!!what the heck????

yesterday was one of the days that I've been waiting for..it's because of the newest tv drama of abs- cbn (showbiz?!!haha!). I've waited fir the first episode since the first time I saw the commercial. I'm sure that it will be very exciting and nice coz the casts are all head-turning..they're my crushes actually! Who would've been amazed by the goodlooks of Sam Concepcion, Enchong Dee, AJ Perez, Aron Villaflor, Robi Domingo, Chris Gutierrez and Dino Imperial!!!! Weeeewww!!! I know all girls will keep screaming coz these boys really knock off their feet!lol ..by the way, they composed the boy group called "gigger boys". The group doesn't only focus on showing and projecting their handsome faces but it also prove that those guys really have talents (especially in dancing!they're really awesome!!!) which gives the best reason why they're admired and even "loved"..

,,Back to the show,,hmmm.. Yes! I was really excited to see it and there's no reason for me to miss it coz it will be shown every Sunday..and really yesterday was the day!!! I took a bath at 1:15 coz I thought it's at 2:00 but it's 3:00 then..is it obvious that i'm excited??haha! I've waited too long until this stupid call was received!!!!Amp! I hate it!!!!!It was 2:30 when my sister from singapore called..she said that we should go to caedo(a mall somewhat far from our house) coz we need to give her medicine to her friend who happened to spend vacation here at her hometown in batangas.. She said that we should be there at 3:30..is that a joke??? After that phone call, we immediately fix everything and went there..(went there MAD) who wouldn't be???????I'm so angry coz I really planned everything..I really wanted to watch that tv show..but with just that call, everything turned down..! Of course, we can't do something but follow..haayyyzzz...

I know i can wath that episode from the internet but i just can't help but feel bad..hope this won't happen again..:((

so blessed!^^

i was in grade 6 when I started wearing eyeglasses. My eyesight, as I can remember was 175-225..too bad, I have different left and right eye visions.! It's really hard for me especially when I stepped to high school. I had 3 eyeglasses from then but when I was on my last year in high school, I decided to wear contact lenses but only when I go out of house(especially in school but I still wear glasses at home). At first, I'm not comfortable coz my eyes were getting irritated and having different visions literally gives me headache.! but later on, I became comfortable.Until I stepped to college...

....It's really astonishing! One of the unusual experiences I had with those contact lenses happened just one week after I bought them and one week after the opening of classes last June 2008. I bought them for 1200 pesos and good for 12 months but unfortunately, I just spent my sister's 1200 for 1 week! What a waste of money!?! I hate it! but of course I don't want to go to school with my old eyeglasses..so, I secretely bought another (with my own money..:c.) but I bought two pairs coz it's a package, meaning if your eye visions are different, you should buy two pairs (one pair each vision). Too "unsophisticated" but it's good coz you'll have 2 pairs at cheaper price! Anyway, of course I'm happy coz i'm not bothered anymore if I won't able to see clearly or not. But maybe it's really fate or is it my fault???coz two weeks later, my right contact lense was torn again (rueful me..;c)..but tnx God coz I still have a reserved one! :))

..and since last week, I was deciding to buy a new pair coz it's been 11 months when I had it.(and it's super over out of date!luckily, my eyes never got irritated..:))..) I'm thinking of ways on how I will get new pair..I thought of asking my sister from singapore to remit extra cash for me but of course I'm shy coz it's not included in the expenses that are originally her concerns..hmmm..I also thought of asking my mother but I knew that she won't give me coz every money she holds have their own places..and my last option is my own money but how would that be?,I only have 200 pesos..haaayyyy..

And last Monday, May 4, as I was drying my hair on the room, I accidentaly bumped my contact lenses case. And I lost one of them..it's really amazing that I lost it during the time that I really want to buy a new one! But the problem is, where will I get money and when will I buy??? I thought that the next time i will be getting out of house is on our enrolment day and it's on may25...but will I go to school wearing eyeglasses? Or worse, will I go there with nothing on my eye and just look at the surroundings dazely???how sad! Poor me!!!!!But I'm really blessed coz the next day, my mother told me to accompany my brother to go to town for a haircut. And all of a sudden, I said to my mother that I don't have my contact lenses anymore. I'm so thankful coz without any complains, she said that she'll give me the money..nice!!! I didn't thought it's just that easy...^^,

So, last wednesday, we went to the city.. I walked wearing only one contact lense for the right eye and nothing on the left.. wooofff!it's hard! No jokes! I did it just to support my walking and to see though it's not clear..and my head really ached...first, we went to SBC, my alma mater and my brother's present school to look for the requirements just like what mother told us to do. I know that at this early, the school won't post the requirements but we also went there..(we're nice children eh!we're obidient!!^^) next, we went to baymall where I bought my contact lenses..I'm really happpyyyy! I don't need to think of ways on how to get new one..and I even bought two pairs..all I have to do is use them properly..^^after we've gone to the mall, we went to the barbershop where my brother had his haircut done.. Afterwards, we went to Greenwich and took our lunch there coz mother said that we can eat with the money that will be left..so we did what she said (again, coz we're obedient!haha!)

Haayyyzzz.. Now, it won't be that hard for me to see with this 300-475 eye vision...^^. everything's really a blessing! Tnx God!!!

"Wild Ball Player"

how I wish I was Qui Kui..:((

I really fell in love with this taiwanese drama called Hot Shot. I love it because it's about basketball(my favorite sport!). Besides, I love the characters coz all of them are very attention-catching. My favorite characters are Yuan Da Ying (Andy), Jie Er (Cherry) and Dong Fang Xiang (Cody). (ooooppsss!plus Du Fei..he's so cute!) The story is full of surprises and twists and I like the love triangle between Cherry, Andy and Cody.

At the beginning, I mentioned Qui Kui known as the Wild Ball Player or the Ball Monster famous for being the best street ball player.. Qui Kui is Cody's friend since then but Cody never knew the real identity of his friend coz everytime they will play together, Qui Kui wears a mask to cover and unreveal "his" identity. Qui Kui has been protecting Cody for a long time everytime he's in danger. When Can (Cody's childhood friend but now cody's nightmare) had a game with Qui Kui, a game called "game of death", Qui Kui got really hurt and Andy was there to help "him" and protect "him". Surprisingly, "his" true identity was revealed but only Andy knew about it. Qui Kui, whom everyone thought was a boy who's really good in basketball is Jie Er (Cherry), the girl whom Cody and Andy admire and love so much.

Even I, myself was shocked because of that revelation. When Andy and Cherry talked in the hospital, Cherry said that she worked so hard to be a good street ball player because of Cody. Since she was a child, she wants to play basketball with Cody and even got jealous with Can. But because her family is just Dong Fang's servants, she can't do anything but be what she should be---as "slave". Because of that, she forced herself and decided to train basketball skills and moves with the help of her coach. From then, she had a different secret identity, as Qui kui. She's always there to protect Cody though Cody don't know the truth.

She said that if she's Jie Er, her relationship with Cody will never go anywhere but if she's Qui Kui, she can play basketball with him FOREVER..:((
(.. I really love that..:((..)

I wish I was Qui Kui..having secret identity just to protect the one I love..and to love "him" though he don't know I'm doing such........coz I know if I'm just me, nothing will happen,.I will never be close to "him" no matter what I do..:((

AKO MISMO

i know many have seen the newest commercial which shows some of our Filipino artists and individuals. (weeeeehh! CHRIS TIU!!!!) this commercial is a response to enlighten the minds of Filipinos in order to do what is right for our country. the commercial is known through its tagline "AKO MISMO".

i visited the website of this said commercial (http://www.akomismo.org/) and joined the campaign. (it's just because of CHRIS TIU! yieeee..^^) there are already 57, 252 members and pledges on this sight. there's a "wall of commitment" that shows the promises of the Filipino members and the things they're willing to do for our country.
i also read there the meaning of the symbol that was used and the true meaning of "AKO MISMO"

---here it goes:

A Symbol of Courage

Primarily used to identify soldiers during war or battle, the dog tag has become a symbol of courage and strength through the years. Now, Ako Mismo is using the dog tag in its advertising campaign to identify the brave Filipinos who are taking a stand against apathy; those who have decided to fight the indifference that is plaguing our country. No more complaints, no more excuses. Wearing the Ako Mismo dog tag is a sign of the commitment to do something, big or small, for the country

AKO mismo is about YOU…

… making a stand and taking real action for the causes you believe in. Causes that you yourself can truly pursue to make a real, positive difference to your fellow countryman, to your country.

It is for you who still dare to hope that life for millions doesn’t have to be a hopeless battle against problems like poverty, illiteracy, unemployment.

It is for you who believe that not enough is being done about our country’s problems. And that to do right things, you’ll do them yourself.

It is a movement where you can show your patriotism and compassion, and make these traits infectious. It’s about action that eradicates hopelessness in every Filipino.

How hard will this be to accomplish? Well that will be entirely up to you.In AKO MISMO you get to choose the cause you wish to pursue. No cause is too small as long as it is a noble one. All we ask is that you make a pledge to do it.

You yourself can pledge anything: from teaching English to your yaya’s kid, to making sure that your barangay is dengue-free.

Or make a pledge to do your part in ending corruption, prostitution, illegal drugs or the inhumane treatment of animals. The choice is yours.

No matter how small, as long as you pledge that you yourself will take action, it’s sure to make a big difference.

Giving more hope for Filipinos to stop merely surviving, and start living. And it starts with you.

MISMO yan.

........so, let's do something for a change..^^
